Foundations:
This is the basis of a successful build. A good foundation must be able to channel the weight of the entire building across the area. We make sure that the foundation sits level and that any potential moisture problems are fixed in advance. We provide a firm foundation for all projects. Our name is on the line, so you can always depend that we’ll give you our best.
Slabs:
Slabs must have plastic sealed with plastic tape to prevent penetration of humidity inside the buildings, as well as their exit of toxic gases through breathing tubes. Metal columns can be quite annoying to deal with when anchor bolts don’t center, so we always triple-check!
Walkways:
Providing a secure walkway is critical for safety. To meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements, concrete texture must be firm, stable, and slip resistant. Carefully prepped and graded surface area, appropriate mix, and finishing technique are also important to prevent cracking or uneven areas and water collection points.
Walls:
Solid, safe, and straight, that’s what you want with poured concrete walls. We’ll work with your team to ensure the walls are poured at the right thickness and the correct psi to support your building.

Patios and Pool Decking:

Strength and Durability
Commercial concrete is designed to withstand more equipment pressure and pedestrian traffic than residential concrete projects. Although similar to residential, it requires special high-performance materials to be added for strength and durability. We consider site prep work and concrete forms even before the pour begins to ensure our clients get accurate results.

Martinez Concrete Construction brings 18 years of concrete experience and knowledge to the concrete industry. My brother Alfredo and I (Enrique) started working in construction and quickly found our area of skill and passion in concrete. We enjoy the creativity and longevity that concrete provides. We also found that we could do things that other concrete contractors couldn’t do.
